1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Anointed Innovations ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Anointed Innovations is a web and mobile application development company managed by Anointed Foundation, operated by Krissie Knight and Tone King.

2. Services Provided

We provide professional web development, mobile application development, and related technology services including but not limited to:

  • Custom web application development
  • React Native mobile application development
  • Website design and development
  • Technical consulting and support
  • Membership programs with priority support
3. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Square payment processing. Payment terms are as follows:

  • Project payments are due according to the milestone schedule outlined in your proposal
  • Membership fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan
  • Initial deposits are required before project commencement
  • Late payments may result in project delays or service suspension
4. Refund Policy

All payments made to Anointed Innovations are non-refundable.

We are committed to delivering high-quality work and maintaining open communication throughout every project. Once payment is received and work has commenced, no refunds will be issued. This policy applies to all services including project deposits, milestone payments, and membership fees.

We encourage clients to thoroughly review proposals and ask questions before making payment commitments.

5. Membership Terms

Our membership programs (Bronze, Silver, and Gold) provide exclusive benefits including discounts and priority support:

  • Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
  • Members may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial periods
  • Membership benefits are active only while the subscription is current
  • We reserve the right to modify membership benefits with 30 days notice
6. Project Scope and Changes

Project scope is defined in the proposal document. Any changes to the agreed scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments. Change requests must be submitted in writing and approved by both parties before implementation.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all project fees, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables. However, we retain the right to:

  • Use the project in our portfolio and marketing materials
  • Reuse general code patterns and techniques in future projects
  • Retain ownership of any pre-existing intellectual property or tools
8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing timely feedback and approvals
  • Supplying necessary content, assets, and access credentials
  • Maintaining communication throughout the project
  • Ensuring all provided content is legally owned or licensed
9. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anointed Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination:

  • Client remains responsible for payment of all work completed to date
  • We will deliver all completed work upon receipt of payment
  • No refunds will be issued for payments already made
12. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose proprietary information to third parties without consent, except as required by law or as necessary to perform our services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Michigan.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
